The campus of the Catholic University of Lille has created an environment that promotes the integration of international students and values their presence: courses taught in English, adapted courses taught in French, and the opportunity to take courses at other institutions… The Faculty of Arts and Humanities does everything possible to support each international student on campus from the moment they arrive until they leave.

I want to come on an exchange program

Nomination

The procedure below applies only to our bilateral and Erasmus+ partners.

If your institution has a comprehensive agreement with the Catholic University of Lille (signed jointly by all the faculties and schools of our university), you will find the information here.

Nomination Deadlines

For an exchange beginning in:

the first semester (fall semester) or for an academic year: May 1
the second semester (spring semester): October 15

Nomination Procedure

The partner university sends an email to chloe.rondeau@univ-catholille.fr specifying the following information for each student:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • City of birth
  • Nationality
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Field of study / major
  • Language proficiency (French or English, depending on the language of instruction)

Exchange period (fall semester, academic year, or spring semester.

Registration Procedure

  1. Exchange students must be nominated by their home university
  2. Students whose nominations have been accepted by the FLSH will receive an automated email containing a link to the registration form (fall semester starting in late April / spring semester starting in late October).
  3. All practical information is available on our website and is also sent to students via email.

In degree programs (Bachelor's/Master's)

The training programs are offered as either extensive or intensive courses. A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the program.

I am interested in the “Etudes en France” application process

Application process:

  1. Submit your application on Campus France (October through December):
  2. Complete the parallel application process on the Espace Admission portal (from January through the end of April):

 

Your application will be reviewed by the Academic Advisors, and you will receive a response within 3 months.

I am not subject to the “Études en France” procedure

To apply for the first year of a bachelor’s degree (Licence 1):

If you are an international student who is a citizen of the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation, Monaco, or Andorra:

Submit your application via Parcoursup (starting in January)

If you are an international student who is not a citizen of the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, Monaco, or Andorra and whose country is not covered by the “Études en France” procedure:

Submit your application via the Espace Admission portal (from January through the end of April)

To apply for the first year of a Master’s program:

You may apply via the MonMaster platform only if you are:

  1. an international student who is a citizen of the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, Monaco, or Andorra
  2. a student of another nationality residing in France, or in an EU or EEA country, Switzerland, Monaco, or Andorra
  3. a student of another nationality residing in a country not covered by the “Études en France” program

Dual Degree Program

If you wish to pursue a dual degree at the FLSH, please contact the international relations office at your university.

Enrollment Procedure:

  1. Students in dual-degree programs must be nominated by their university.
  2. The FLSH will contact students whose nominations have been accepted.
