Coming to study in France, at the FLSH

The campus of Université Catholique de Lille has developed an environment that promotes the integration of international students and values their presence: courses taught in English, adapted courses in French, the opportunity to take further courses at other institutions… The Faculty of Arts and Humanities does everything in its power to support every international student on campus from the moment they arrive until they leave.

I want to come on an exchange programme

Appointment

The procedure below applies to our bilateral partners and Erasmus+ partners only.

If your institution has a global agreement with the Catholic University of Lille (signed jointly by all the faculties and schools at our university), you will find the relevant information here.

Nomination deadlines

For an exchange starting in:

the first semester (autumn semester) or for a full academic year: 1 May
the second semester (spring semester): 15 October

Nomination procedure

The partner university should send an email to chloe.rondeau@univ-catholille.fr providing the following details for each student:

Surname
First name
Gender
Date of birth
Place of birth
Nationality
Email address
Telephone number
Subject area / specialism
Language proficiency (French or English, depending on the language of instruction)
Exchange period (autumn term, academic year or spring term)

Registration procedure

Exchange students must be nominated by their university
Students whose applications have been accepted by the FLSH will receive an automated email containing a link to the registration form (autumn term from late April / spring term from late October).
All the practical information is available on our website and is also sent to students by email.

On a degree program (Bachelor’s/Master’s)

The courses are offered as either extended or intensive programmes. A certificate of achievement is awarded upon completion of the course.

Enrolment procedure:

Apply via Campus France (from October to December) :
Complete the parallel application process on Espace Admission (from January until the end of April) :

Your application will be reviewed by the Academic Managers and you will receive a response within three months.

I am not affected by the ‘Studying in France’ procedure

To apply for the first year of a Bachelor’s degree:

If you are an international student who is a national of the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation, Monaco or Andorra:

Apply via Parcoursup (from January)

If you are an international student who is not a national of the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation, Monaco or Andorra, and whose country is not covered by the ‘Études en France’ scheme:

Submit your application via Espace Admission (from January until the end of April)

To apply for the first year of a Master’s degree:

You can apply via the platform MonMaster only if you are:

an international student who is a national of the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation, Monaco or Andorra
of another nationality residing in France, or in an EU or EEA country, or in Switzerland, Monaco or Andorra
of another nationality who is resident in a country not covered by the ‘Études en France’ scheme

Double Degree Program

If you wish to undertake a dual degree programme within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, please contact the international relations office at your university.

Enrolment procedure:

Students on dual degree programmes must be nominated by their university.
The Faculty of Arts and Humanities will contact students whose nominations have been accepted.
